Build a Turnover SOP a New Cleaner Can Run on Day One

What to Skip in the SOP
- Long context paragraphs. The cleaner doesn't need your views on hospitality.
- Over-detailed product specs. "Use only X-brand glass cleaner" reads as micromanagement and isn't usually necessary.
- Decorative elements. No logos, no fonts, no photos. The SOP is a working tool.
Where to Put the SOP
Three places, redundantly:
- Laminated, on the back of a closet door inside the unit.
- PDF in a shared folder the cleaner has access to.
- Linked from the booking-platform message you send when you onboard a new cleaner.
